Our assignments are many and varied. The senior couples were asked to teach an English class to the staff and the members of the National Assembly here in Cambodia. The National Assembly is comparable to the Congress of the United States.
The classes are held on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. We teach every Thursday for one hour to each group. They still have trouble with “th” words….”think” often comes out “sink”. They will be hosting an International Convention here in about a year and they want to be able to communicate well. We are really enjoying this time with them and they are improving.
