Buying Clothes in Phnom Penh

As you can see, buying clothes in Cambodia is a “little” different than in Highlands Ranch. First, you go to the market and buy the fabric you like, then you take it to a tailor and describe what you want. One week later you have a skirt that cost about $15, fabric and labor included.
