On March 8, 2009 the International Group (part of the Phnom Penh 5th Branch) was organized as the Phnom Penh 13th Branch (English Speaking). The organization of the branch was conducted by President Winegar. The new Branch Presidency (who have been serving as the Group Leadership) was sustained by the members of the branch. The Presidency is Kerry Angus, Ken Gabriel (the big guy in the middle) and Sophoron (from Cambodia).The Branch President is Kerry Angus from Australia. His wife, Tuata, has become a dear friend. President Angus is in Cambodia working for the United Nations and the Khmer Rouge trials that are being held here.
This branch is small but attracts people who live in or come to Phnom Penh from other parts of the world. There have been several individuals from Nigeria who have joined the church here after moving to Cambodia. Five of the people in the picture are investigating the Church.
