Sadly, Ang Bunthoen, a returned missionary from TaKhmao died as the result of a moto accident the day after Christmas. We were able to be a lot involved with the family and members in comforting the family and preparing for the funeral. In Cambodia, most people are cremated, but in this case the family desired for him to be buried. Arrangements were made for the funeral and burial at a location well outside of town. Many friends and members accompanied the family. We learned how fortunate we are to live in the US where many of the preparations we take for granted are left to the family and others here. The family is very strong and expressed their testimonies regarding the blessing of having been sealed together as a family in the temple so they can be together in the life hereafter.
